With One Visaya Gaming as its local partner, it opened its first live-casino studio in Asia, in Cebu, in 2025. • Malta Gaming Authority — Evolution Gaming Malta Limited is the company that holds MGA/CRP/187/2010. Confirmation comes from the MGA’s verification portal, which lists a B2B Critical Supply Licence, casino vertical, status Licensed.
• UK Gambling Commission — Account 41655 carries two active remote licences: gambling software, dating from October 2015, and game host (casino), dating from August 2021. The July 2026 regulatory settlement, worth £4.75m, came after a review found anti-money-laundering failings that let unlicensed sites offer Evolution games to UK players. Being on the regulator’s own public register is the reason this is recorded here, though the settlement was only a public statement, not a suspension, and the licence remains active.
• Approximately twenty further jurisdictions — Several US states and Canadian provinces sit on the licence list of Evolution’s own compliance page alongside Curacao, South Africa, Sweden, Spain, Romania, Latvia, the Isle of Man, Greece, Gibraltar, Denmark, Bulgaria and Belgium, among others.
