PHSWERTE Login Password Refused or Locked: Causes and Fixes

A refused PHSWERTE login password comes down to five causes, and each has a fix you can try in under two minutes. Work through them in order before you contact anyone. If you have not signed in before, the standard PHSWERTE login page shows the normal route first.
PHSWERTE login password typed wrong three times
Three wrong attempts lock the account, and the lock is the most common reason a correct password stops working.
Every attempt is refused and the lobby says the account is locked.
Press Forgot Password. The lobby sends a new password, and you sign in with the new one instead of guessing the old one again.
PHSWERTE forgot password: the new-password route
The lobby does not ask you to remember an old password. It replaces it.
- Open the login screen at www.phswerte.ph.
- Press Forgot Password.
- Follow the prompts until the lobby sends you a new password.
- Sign in with Mag-login, using the new password exactly as sent.
You cannot find where the new password went.

Your password has 5 characters or your username starts with a digit.
Registration details cannot be changed afterwards, so contact customer service by email or online chat and ask what they can do. When you register a new account, use a username and password inside the limits.
PHSWERTE not working: you are on the wrong address
The page loads but your username and password fail everywhere.
You may be on a look-alike hostname or on a parked address. phswerte.com, for example, is parked and sends you to a stub page. Open www.phswerte.ph, or check the PHSWERTE link list for the real hostnames, then retry.
Another PHSWERTE problem: a frozen or locked account
The lobby can lock an account for breaking a rule. One account is allowed per player, and multiple accounts or promotion abuse get an account locked with deposits forfeited. The site may also ask for proof of age and freeze the account until you provide it.
You typed everything right, the address is correct, and the account still will not open.
Ask customer service why the account is held and what proof they need. Do not open a second account, because that is itself a lock reason.
