Watching a dice stream at home, a player bets Big, sees the total come up 15, and still loses the stake. It feels like a mistake by the table. It is the one rule of phswerte sicbo play that catches nearly every beginner, and the problems below, each with its fix, explain it along with the multiplier versions Evolution’s site describes.
PHSWERTE sicbo problems and their fixes
Each of these turns up in player chats again and again.
Problem: “My Big bet lost on a total of 15.” Fix: The dice landed as a triple, three fives. Evolution’s Super Sic Bo rules say Big (11 to 17) and Small (4 to 10) lose to any triple, and so do Odd and Even. The exception is written into the rules, not a fault at the table.
Problem: “A multiplier appeared on a spot I did not bet.” Fix: Super Sic Bo scatters random multipliers, as high as 1000x, over none, one or several bet spots per round. Which spots get them is random, so chasing yesterday’s multiplied spot is chasing noise.
Problem: “My stake seems to cost more on this table.” Fix: You may be at Lightning Sic Bo, where Evolution adds a 20% Lightning fee. What the fee buys: at least four spots each round carry a random 5x to 2000x.
Problem: “I cannot find a dice table in the lobby.” Fix: Dice tables did not appear on the first Live shelf when this site read it. Start with Evolution’s studio list and search there.
Features of the Sic Bo versions Evolution describes
A player who knows only the street version of three-dice betting wants the differences in one view:
| Point | Super Sic Bo | Lightning Sic Bo |
|---|---|---|
| Dice in play | Three standard dice | Three, as in any Sic Bo |
| Multipliers | Random, up to 1000x, on zero to several spots | Random, 5x to 2000x, on four or more spots |
| Extra charge | None stated | 20% Lightning fee |
| Big, Small, Odd, Even | Lose to any triple | Check the table’s info panel |
Evolution prints no RTP on these pages. The table makes one point plain all the same: Lightning’s multipliers come with a 20% fee, so every bet there costs more than the chips you place.
Bets on an exact total or a particular number make the board look crowded. Each carries its own payout on the info panel, and the rarer the result it needs, the bigger the listed payout, so read them as long shots rather than as better value.
The Evolution gaming tables page explains where these versions come from and why the studio’s site is read through archived copies here. Roulette fans will recognise the betting-grid layout from Lightning Roulette’s lucky numbers, and players after an even shorter round can try Dragon Tiger’s single-card bets.
Funding a dice session sensibly
A player wants to top up for a quick dice session and reaches for an e-wallet. GCash stopped carrying licensed gaming top-ups in August 2025, so read the casino GCash wallet change before planning any deposit. Set the session amount first and stop when it is gone; quick rounds use a budget fast. PAGCOR’s advice holds here as anywhere: never borrow to play, and money meant for bills or debts stays off the table.
All the live games are listed on the PHSWERTE live dealer games page. Sic Bo is for adults 21 and over only.
How to Get Started
-
Learn the triple exception
Before betting Big or Small, accept that any triple beats both. It is a rule of the game, not a glitch at the table.
-
Check which version you joined
Super Sic Bo and Lightning Sic Bo add multipliers in different ways, and Lightning charges a 20% fee. The table name and info panel tell you which.
-
Keep multiplier bets small
Spots that might carry a multiplier are long shots by design. Put most of a session on simple bets, if you play at all, and a small share on the rest.
